This is my newest character - Ithel. He's from an alternate universe where vampires run rampant and the only part of the world that can sustain life - due to a nuclear war - is Asia. His left arm is robotic, due to a scuffle, and is right hand is like that because i couldn't be bothered to do his fingers, lol.
